Willi Geck Company Policies & Terms of Use
Welcome to Willi Geck Online. Please review the following basic
terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our
Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your
agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the
"Agreement").
General
We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use
of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change
constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms
as changed.
We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our
Site from time to time.
Currency
The primary currency of our Online-Shop is EUR. All items are
offered in EUR. Conversion into US $ takes place on the basis of
the official daily exchange rate. Payment can be made in US $
and in EUR.
Secure Online Shopping via SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
Our Willi Geck Online-Shop provides a safe and secure shopping
environment. This site uses the latest in encryption technology
called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that encrypts the information
sent between your computer and our database. We use this
encryption technology to protect against loss, misuse or
alteration of your user information during transmission. When
transmitting personal information, check your web browser's
status bar or address line for the closed padlock icon. Also,
the web site changes from http to https (secure mode) which is
another sign that you're in a secure environment.

The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended
solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase
of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You

We have made every effort to display as accurately as
possible the colors of our products that appear on this Site.
However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your

color will be accurate. Also, handcrafted items may vary from
the pictures in color, size and detail content.

including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use
of the Site.

Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Willi
Geck products are offered for sale internationally through this
Site, this Site and the Contents therefore are displayed solely
for the purpose of promoting Willi Geck's products and services
available internationally. This Site is controlled and operated
by August Schwer e.K. Black Forest Clock Factory, from its
headquarter in Schoenwald, Black Forest, Germany.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of
Germany, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any
dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved
exclusively by federal courts here in Germany.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by
either you or Willi Geck. You may terminate this Agreement at
any time. Willi Geck also may terminate this Agreement at any
time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly
deny you access to the Site, if in Willi Geck's sole discretion
you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Willi
Geck, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or
otherwise obtained from this Site.
Order Acceptance
Our receipt of your electronic order or your receipt of our
electronic Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of
your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order
at any time after receipt of your order. If an item is not in
stock, we will keep it as backorder on our records and ship when
the item becomes available – you will be notified in this case.
For handcrafted items, please note that some items may become "sold
out" during the season and cannot be back-ordered.
Return Policies & Warranty
Any unused item (except personalized items) may be returned
within 1 month of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange
(minus shipping & handling). A gift certificate will be issued
if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
Items must be returned to: August Schwer; Division Willi Geck;
Hauptstr. 28; 78141 Schoenwald. If merchandise is defective,
please call or email our customer service at +49 7722 8689020.
We are sorry, but our retail stores are not equipped to accept
mail or internet order returns.
Mistakes Happen
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product
information, but we are human. If a mistake does occur, we
reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any
